Writer & Narrative Designer - SadSquare Studio (2017-2019)
I partnered with SadSquare Studio to create a tie-in comic and associated game storyline. I was the writer of both.
- Players are tasked with finding comic pages that further expand the game's world. They find a page, receive a phone call, find another page, experience a different event, etc.
- Additionally, I spearheaded an initiative to pull in comic artists from around the world to create art assets for a child’s bedroom. I personally did all of the relevant lettering/design work.

Localization Editor - Crazy Maple Studio’s KISS application (2021)
As an independent contractor, I edited translated webtoons for the launch of the “Comics” portion of Crazy Maple’s mobile app.
- 300 chapters of 8 different webtoons were (loosely) translated and needed attention. “Word-for-word” translations rarely sound natural, so I was tasked with “punching up” all narration and dialogue for English-speaking audiences.
- I personally hired and oversaw all freelance typesetters.
- Beyond editorial duties, I also did design work for ads, ~150+ logos, covers, and banners.
